Return Policy

At Attix Comics, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 3-day return window under the conditions outlined below.

Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • After 3 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unread, and in the same condition as received.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including bags, boards, and any protective materials.

  • We do not accept returns on items that show signs of damage, wear, or alteration after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Graded or slabbed comics

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Process

  1. Email us at [ryan@attixcomics.com] within 3 days of delivery to request a return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • If an exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
